Coverage
Every device sold on ReDevice includes a 6–12 month warranty (see the individual product page for the exact term) covering genuine hardware faults such as battery, display, or component failure under normal use.
What's not covered
Physical damage caused after delivery (drops, liquid damage, cracked screens), unauthorized repairs, and cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function are not covered under warranty.
How to make a claim
Contact support via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through diagnosis and, if approved, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Turnaround time
Most warranty claims are resolved within 5–7 business days from when the device is received back for inspection.
