7-day replacement window
If you're not satisfied with your device, you can request a free replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the device is in the condition it was delivered in, with all original accessories.
How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order ID and reason for return. We'll arrange a free pickup for eligible returns.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method, or via UPI/bank transfer.
Non-returnable situations
Devices with physical damage caused after delivery, or missing original accessories, may not be eligible for a full refund.
